Project Leader :
Vacancies: 1
Pay : Rs. 39,000/- to Rs. 43,000/- per month
Educational Qualifications: A Master’s Degree in Management, Rural Management, or Social Work
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in project implementation, technical and management skills, entrepreneurship development, skill development, and livelihoods. The candidate should excel in documentation, reporting, computer literacy, data analysis, and possess excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Experience:
– Experience in conducting Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDP) and Management Development Programs (MDP).
– Proficiency in training and mentoring entrepreneurs.
– Knowledge of the handloom industry and its value chain.
– Knowledge of the mustard oil, honey, and buckwheat industries.
– Experience in the production and processing of mustard oil, honey, buckwheat, and other by-products.
– Expertise in marketing and branding of products.
– Skills in developing and implementing sustainability plans.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Senior Project Executive :
Vacancies : 3 (1 for each Samarth, Sankalp, and PMKVY projects)
Pay : Revised to Rs. 29,000/- to Rs. 40,000/- per month
Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Master’s Degree in Management, Rural Management, or Social Work
Experience:
– Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in skill development project implementation.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
– Extensive experience in field-based skill training.
– Ability to conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) and manage AEBAS biometric systems.
– Proficiency in working with Google Sheets, Drive, Documents, Meet, and Forms.
– Strong communication skills for coordination and liaison.
– Experience in Center identification and setup following NSQF guidelines.
– Proficiency in project monitoring and evaluation.
– Age Requirement: 30 – 45 Years
Data Entry Specialist :
Vacancies : 2 (For PMKVY Project)
Pay : Rs. 13,800/- to Rs. 17,200/-
Educational Qualifications: Minimum high school graduate from a recognized University/Board with proficient computer skills
Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience.
– Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
– Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS), especially MS Office Excel.
– Familiarity with Google Sheets, Drive, Documents, and Forms.
